  • What are your hours?
We are open Monday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (close for lunch) and then from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Wednesdays we are open from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. We are also open Saturday mornings from 8:00 am til 11:00 am. We are closed Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
  • What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major insurance plans, with the exception of Medicaid.
  • My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care. Do you accept self-pay?
No insurance? No problem! We offer a discounted price of $40 per visit for those without insurance.
  • I'm a new patient. What will my first visit look like?
When you arrive, our receptionist will greet you and take your insurance information, then give you some basic paperwork to fill out. When the doctor is ready, he'll meet with you in one of our private treatment rooms to discuss your symptoms and concerns with you before giving you an adjustment. You may decide to receive acupuncture as well. If so, the doctor will administer the treatment, and our assistant will come to remove the needles afterward. After this you'll meet with our receptionist again for billing and, if necessary, to schedule your next appointment.
  • How long does treatment take?
A chiropractic adjustment takes about 15 minutes, with an added 15-20 for acupuncture. If you're a first time patient, expect your treatment to last between 30 and 40 minutes.
  • Do you do take x-rays at your facility?
We do not take x-rays at our office, but if the doctor deems them necessary we will refer you to a facility where you can get them done.
  • Do you provide chiropractic care for pregnancies?
We do! Dr. McClure is trained to work with women who are pregnant, as well as children of all ages.
  • Do you take walk-ins?
We do accept walk-ins, but we recommend giving us a quick call at 630-837-3090 before you're thinking of coming to make sure you're not waiting too long.
